Naturlider's Eryssimum dry extract in a 50 g packet is an infusion of plant origin. It is used in traditional medicine to treat and alleviate the symptoms of respiratory tract conditions such as aphonia, laryngitis, bronchitis, hoarseness, vocal cord irritation, coughs, flus, tonsillitis and asthma.

For years, erysimum has been recognised as a plant with extensive therapeutic qualities. In alternative medicine, it is recommended for smokers because of its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

It contains essential oil, pectin, heterosides and mucilages which make it an appropriate balm to help recover from laryngeal catarrh and contribute to the relief of discomfort linked to throat irritation. It is therefore recommended for decongesting the vocal cords. It is suitable for people who make unusual efforts with their voice, such as singers, speakers, lecturers, teachers and others.

Topically, it is used as a natural eye anti-inflammatory in cases of irritation, conjunctivitis or inflamed eyelids. It has also been shown to be effective as a diuretic agent for conditions of fluid retention, urinary inflammation, oedema and kidney stones. In the latter case, it is combined with other plants, such as horsetail, gatuña or goldenrod. It is also thought to promote the elimination of gallstones.
