Directions for use Use in the evening. First cleanse, then apply Crystal Retinal 1 to the face and neck. Gently massage in and allow to dry. Introduction to Crystal Retinal 1 should be gradual. Use twice a week for the first two weeks, every other night for the following two weeks, and then every night. Consult a doctor if you are breastfeeding or pregnant. You should always use sun cream in the morning whilst using vitamin A. It is advisable to carry out a patch test before use.
