Lamberts® Vitamin B-5 Complex (Once a Day) was selected as a winning formula in an independent review ^. It is a comprehensive formula, providing all the important B vitamins in much higher concentrations than typical products on the market. It also has a significant level of 4 µg of folic acid per tablet.

The B vitamins are closely related in their functions, which is why it is recommended that they be taken together, as a higher intake of one can mean a deficiency in others. To make the most of their benefits, it is best to take them in complex form.

In the case of very high requirements and a rapid increase in intake of B vitamins, it is preferable to use the Vitamin B-1 Complex, as it supplies double the amount of most of the nutrients, providing up to 1 µg of Vitamin B12, as well as B1 and B2.

Several of the B vitamins are known to contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system and normal psychological function; others also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, help in the normal maintenance of skin, nails and hair, as well as to the process of cell division, among other functions.

Recommended dosage:
Take one tablet a day.

Allergen note:
The following list of allergens are excluded: wheat, gluten, barley, soya, eggs, milk and dairy products, lactose, nuts, sulphites, celery, fish, shellfish and yeast. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians and are all lactose and gelatine free.

Precautions:
Ingestion of this product may occasionally cause a dark yellow discolouration of the urine. This is harmless and indicates that Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) is being used effectively by the body. This product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Prolonged intake of this amount of Vitamin B6 may cause slight tingling and numbness of the extremities.
