Instructions for use Pour the contents of the sachet into half a glass of water, mixing until completely dissolved before swallowing. The dose varies according to the weight and age of the patient: - In adults and children over 6 years of age, take 1 to 2 sachets per day depending on the severity, divided into two doses. In cases of acute diarrhoea, 3 sachets may be taken on the first day of treatment, divided into three doses, to be followed the next day with the recommended dose of 1-2 sachets. - In children under 6 years of age, consult a doctor before taking this medicine. Contraindications Do not take LACTEOL sachets: - In case of allergy to any of the components present in this medicine. - In case of allergy to milk or lactose. Side effects Lacteol sachets may have side effects, as is the case with other medicines. In particular, some symptoms related to Lactobacillus have been found, such as gas, hiccups, constipation or skin rashes.
