Product benefits and features It combines wholemeal oats, wheat, barley, spelt and rye. The listed agricultural ingredients are organically grown. It contains no milk or added sugars. It provides thiamine (vitamin B1). Contains gluten and wheat. Ingredients 80% organic wholemeal flour (oats, wheat, barley, spelt and rye), organic wheat semolina and thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1). Spelt is a type of wheat. How to prepare To prepare a bowl of porridge, pour in your baby’s usual milk, add the amount indicated on the pack and mix. Leave to stand for about a minute until the desired consistency is achieved. Check the temperature before serving. It can also be added to a bottle if advised by your paediatrician.
