Vitamins: C, D3, E, B1, B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6, B12, biotin
Minerals: iron, iodine, magnesium, zinc
Other ingredients: gelatin capsule (with glycerin and colouring agents: iron oxides and copper chlorophyll complexes), beeswax (thickener), soya lecithin (emulsifier).
Take 1 capsule a day, preferably in the morning with a glass of water. Can be used continuously throughout pregnancy and lactation, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
