NORMACNE Cleansing and skin regulating toner is specially formulated for oily skin in need of comprehensive daily support. It helps reduce sebum production, pore visibility and unclogs pores, as well as preventing the formation of blackheads. The toner leaves the skin fresh and soft, preparing it for the application of subsequent products. Contains Acnacidol™ complex which has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, reducing local inflammatory responses and the growth of bacteria and microorganisms, without cytotoxic effect. The acids contained in the Acnacidol™ complex reduce the activity of sebaceous glands, decrease excessive sebum secretion and the formation of acne pimples. The birch sap in the tonic soothes irritations, regenerates and cleanses sensitive skin. It does not cause skin dryness: glycerin penetrates deeper into the stratum corneum and remains on the skin, binding water molecules. Clinically tested - Hypo-allergenic.
