Hartmann Cosmopor Steril is a product made of a soft non-woven fabric, a central gauze made of 100% cotton wool, and covered with a non-adherent micro-perforated layer in contact with the wound. These dressings are highly absorbent with rapid drainage of exudate through the micro-perforated layer. It comes in a size of 7.2 x 5 cm, which easily adapts to the wound and does not cause discomfort or damage to the skin.
