Who can take Canephron? Canephron is a medicine that can be taken by adults over 18 years of age to relieve mild lower urinary tract symptoms. Who should NOT take Canephron Children and adolescents under 18 years of age People allergic to centaury minor, lovage, rosemary or any of the ingredients. Patients with active peptic ulcer disease. People with nephritis or any disease that reduces kidney function. Patients with oedema due to reduced kidney or heart function. People who have been advised to reduce fluid intake (e.g. due to heart or kidney disease). How to take Canephron Take 2 tablets, 3 times a day (every 8 hours) for a treatment period of 2 weeks. How to take As they are coated tablets, they should ideally not be chewed, so we recommend that you take them directly with a glass of water. For the treatment to be effective, we recommend that you drink a good volume of water a day for your body to function properly. The ideal is to drink 2.7 litres of water a day. Its excipients are: lactose monohydrate (45 mg), glucose syrup (1,086 mg), sucrose (60,431 mg), calcium carbonate, magnesium stearate, maize starch, dextrin, wax glycomontanate, castor oil virgin, povidone (25,431 mg), povidone (25,431 mg).rgen, povidone (25, 30), shellac lacquer, silicon dioxide, talc, iron oxide III (E 172), riboflavin (E 101), titanium dioxide (E 171).
