Bach Crab Apple is a natural essence made from wild apple tree, indicated to treat people with low self-esteem and/or an exaggerated sense of cleanliness. These Bach essences often address specific emotional situations: fear, loneliness, despair, stress, depression and obsessions. Apple essence is aimed at purifying the mind and soul of people with a poor self-image, living with a sense of both physical and emotional impurity. They are people obsessed with cleanliness, who have the need to have everything exaggeratedly clean and tidy.
Bach Flower Purification helps people with these kinds of feelings and obsessions emotionally and generates in them a sense of inner and outer cleanliness that allows them to live with more peace of mind. It is also used for people with dermatological conditions such as acne and allergies resulting from their extreme emotional situation.
It comes in a presence of 20 ml.
It is indicated for people with low self-esteem or with an obsession with cleanliness and order who need to recover their emotional tranquillity and therefore recover their physical health.
It is recommended to place two drops of the essence directly in the mouth or diluted in a glass of water and take four times a day. It is also recommended to place two drops of this essence in a glass of water and consume a sip of the glass throughout the day, until the contents are finished at night. It should be taken away from food so that it does not lose its effect.
Alternatively, four drops of the product can be added to water in a spray bottle and, instead of drinking it, it can be sprayed on the body and in the environment several times a day. However, if you want to use it in the shower, place 20 drops of the product in a bathtub with warm water, soak for 20 minutes and then gently pat the skin dry. It is recommended to go to sleep after the bath to continue absorbing the benefits of the essential oil. You can also add 1 to 10 drops to the cream or lotion of your choice and use daily.
In case of allergy and hypersensitivity to the components of the product, its use should be avoided.
