Before exposure to the sun, apply a generous amount to the face and/or body (e.g. 3 or 4 sprays to the forearm). Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after sweating, bathing or drying yourself.

Apply the sunscreen product before sun exposure and reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming or drying off. Apply generously. If the amount is reduced, the level of protection decreases significantly. Do not stay too long in the sun, even if using a sunscreen product. Do not expose babies and young children to direct sunlight. Overexposure to the sun poses a serious threat to health. Do not expose yourself to the sun during the hottest hours of the day, i.e. from 11:00 to 16:00. Wear protective clothing (wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, T-shirt, etc.).
