Apply the product liberally before exposure to the sun (approximately half a teaspoon for the face and 6 full teaspoons for the body). If the quantity applied is not adequate, the level of protection will be significantly lower. Reapply frequently and liberally, especially after swimming, sweating or towelling. Do not stay too long in the sun. Avoid the area around the eyes. Do not expose children and babies to direct sunlight.
