Ana Maria LaJusticia Collagen with Magnesium, Pack 4 x 450 tablets Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body, being the essential constituent of cartilage, tendons and bones, so their needs we have them daily. All the connective tissue of our body and joints is formed by collagen, so their contribution helps us to regenerate their wear and aging, and to keep in good condition our joints, bones, skin and be in shape. We have added magnesium to this compound, which is an element that plays a very active part in the formation of all the proteins in the body, and its additional supply contributes to the normal functioning of the muscles. The skin requires collagen for its maintenance and to delay the appearance of wrinkles. Hair needs a good supply of collagen to be healthy. To be strong and healthy, the joints need to be able to have a good supply of glue.
Take 6 to 9 tablets a day, divided between breakfast and dinner. Average daily dose contains: 6 tablets (4.3 g): hydrolysed cola'geno 3.6 g, magnesium 169 mg (45% NRV*). 9 tablets (6.5 g): hydrolysed cola'geno 5.4 g, magnesium 254 mg (68% NRV*). The tablets should be taken with food rich in vitamin C.
Hydrolysed collagen type I and II, magnesium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, anti-caking agents (talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids).
