Accu Chek Aviva Test Strips 100 units provide a quantitative measurement of blood glucose in fresh venous, arterial, neonatal and capillary whole blood in order to analyse the effectiveness of blood glucose control. Capillary whole blood for blood glucose measurement can be obtained from the fingertip and approved alternative sites (e.g. forearm).
For those who wish to maintain accurate control of blood glucose levels.
Before using the strip, wash your hands or the area chosen for blood collection with soap and water. If using the fingertip, insert the needle into the area of the fingertip closest to the fingernail to avoid pain in the most frequently used part of the finger. Keep the tip of the test strip in the drop of blood, wait for the results. The blood glucose level will appear on the meter.
Keep stored in a cool, dry place, always out of the reach of children.
