Dormidine is a brand of non-prescription medicine that helps you fall asleep during times of stress or insomnia. Its active ingredient is Doxylamine, an antihistamine derived from ethanolamine. There are different varieties of Dormidine depending on whether a longer or shorter and deeper sleep is desired.

It should be taken with caution and is not recommended for children under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Alcoholic drinks should also be avoided during treatment with Dormidine.
