2.2 Nature of the prize

– Under no circumstances may the Prize in our giveaways be exchanged, altered or substituted for another prize, and in no case may it be redeemed for its cash value

3. Authorisation

The beneficiaries selected in our giveaways authorise Farmaciasdirect to reproduce and use their first name, surname and image in any advertising or promotional activity related to the prize received, without such use granting them any right to payment or benefit whatsoever, except for the delivery of the prize.

4. Giveaway mechanics

A draw for one product bundle will be held among people who subscribe to the Farmaciasdirect Newsletter through the specific giveaway pagebetween 00:00:01 on 24/12/2021 and 23:59:59 on 31/12/2021. This giveaway has one winner and Farmaciasdirect will contact them by email on 03/01/2022 to arrange delivery of the prize. The winner will be chosen using the random online tool Easypromos and their name/username will be sent by email to all participants. That being said, each user who takes part in our competition will be accepting this condition. Farmaciasdirect will contact the winner of the competition so they can provide us with the details for delivering their prize**. **The prize will be delivered by post. Deliveries will only be made within mainland Spain.

5. Participation

All natural persons who meet the following requirements may take part in this Promotion: – Be over 18 years of age at the time of the draw. – Be residents in Spanish territory (excluding islands) – Grant the use of their image for dissemination in any advertising or promotional activity related to the prize received, without such use granting them any right to payment or benefit whatsoever, except for the delivery of the prize. – Comply with the mechanics explained in the giveaway. Participation in any of our giveaways implies full acceptance of all the clauses contained in this document. Failure to comply by the participant implies the implicit withdrawal of their participation.

6. Irregular actions

If Farmaciasdirect detects any anomaly or suspects that a participant is preventing the normal running of the giveaway, illegally altering their registration or participation by any technical or IT procedure in order to falsify their participation, it may unilaterally remove that participant’s entry. Entries from accounts representing other profit-making entities, or accounts suspected of having been created for the purpose of entering giveaways, will not be valid.

7. Deadline

The winner has 1 month from the moment they are contacted to provide their personal details in order to receive the prize. If they do not do so within this period, the competition will be deemed void and the draw will be held again. Delivery of the prize products may take up to 1 month.
