The geographical scope of the promotion will be mainland Spain. The prize draw will run from 19 to 28 November 2021.

2.2 Nature of the gift

- The gift included in our prize draws may under no circumstances be exchanged, altered or replaced with another gift, and in no event may it be redeemed for cash

3. Authorisation

The beneficiaries resulting from our prize draws authorise Farmaciasdirect to reproduce and use their first name, surname and image in any advertising or promotional activity related to the gift received, without such use conferring any right to payment or benefit of any kind, except for the delivery of the gift.

4. Prize draw mechanics

A prize draw for a bundle of products will be held among people who subscribe to the Farmaciasdirect Newsletter through the specific prize draw pagebetween 00:00:01 on 19/11/2021 and 23:59:59 on 28/11/2021. This prize draw has one winner and Farmaciasdirect will contact them by email on 29/11/2021 to send them the prize.

The winner will be selected through the random online tool Easypromos and their name/username will be sent by email to all participants. That said, each user who takes part in our competition will be accepting this condition.

At Farmaciasdirect we will contact the winner of the competition by private message* so that they can provide us with the delivery details for their gift**.

**The prize will be delivered by post. Deliveries will only be made within mainland Spain.

5. Participation

All natural persons who meet the following requirements may take part in this Promotion:

- Be over 18 years of age at the time of the prize draw. - Be resident in Spanish territory (excluding the islands)

- Assign their image rights for dissemination in any advertising or promotional activity related to the gift received, without such use conferring any right to payment or benefit of any kind, except for the delivery of the gift.

- Comply with the mechanics explained in the prize draw. Participation in any of our prize draws implies full acceptance of all the clauses contained in this document. Failure to comply by the participant implies the implicit withdrawal of their participation.

 6. Irregular actions

If Farmaciasdirect detects any anomaly or suspects that a participant is preventing the normal running of the prize draw, illegally altering their registration or participation by any technical or IT procedure in order to falsify their participation, it may unilaterally remove that participant's entry.

Entries from accounts representing other profit-making entities, or which are suspected of having been created for entering prize draws, will not be valid.

 7. Deadline

The winner has 1 month, once contacted, to provide their personal details in order to receive the gift. If they do not do so within that period, the competition will be considered void and the prize draw will be held again.

The delivery period for the gift products may be delayed by up to 1 month.
