The pharmaceutical form of Zzzquil All Night Sleep is in the form of a bilayer tablet that offers a double action: thanks to its dual-layer design with one layer that rapidly releases 1mg of melatonin (which will help you fall asleep more quickly) and another layer that releases a further 0.5mg of melatonin (which will help you fall asleep more quickly).This layer releases a further 0.9mg of melatonin (helping us to stay asleep through the night) and other plant extracts (helping us to relax, reducing the number of sleepless nights). Quality, restful sleep is achieved, even allowing you to sleep for 6-8 hours. It does not contain lactose or gluten.
