Each capsule of Zenement Berberine contains 500 mg of Berberine from the root of the Berberis aristata plant, which is native to the northern Himalayas and has traditionally been used in Ayurvedic medicine for its many properties and applications. We combine it with chromium, which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose concentrations, and piperine, to improve the bioavailability of the active ingredients.
