Free Nose® Hypertonic Sea Water nasal spray is a medical device that can be used by children and adults in case of nasopharyngeal mucosal infection, runny nose, sinus infection and snoring caused by dry membranes. The hypertonic nasal spray removes excess fluid within the nasal mucosa - the membrane cells, based on the osmotic effect of the hypertonic solution. In addition to mechanical cleansing and decongestion of the upper airways, this osmotic effect helps to reduce swelling of the mucous membranes. A good use of Free Nose® Seawater in daily nasal hygiene allows a therapeutic aid in some basic indications such as nasopharyngitis, obstructive rhinitis and sinusitis, dry nose, hoarseness due to dry mucous, adjuvant in ENT and paediatric treatments.
