CalmTu Night Retard is a food supplement based on standardised and titrated extracts of Valeriana officinalis (Valerian), Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower), Escholtzia californica (California Poppy), Melissa officinalis (Melissa), and Melatonin (1.95mg). Its modified release form, constant and sustained throughout the night, allows the tablet to be released in 2 stages.
Melatonin, which is found in the coating and released quickly, is a hormone produced naturally by our body and plays a very important role in initiating sleep.
