Vexoderm Gel Plus 12 g is a healing hydrogel that helps to restore damaged skin in dogs and cats. It provides moisturising and antioxidant properties that promote the reduction of necrotic tissue and the restoration of healthy, natural tissue.
Its improved formula contains turmeric, acetylcysteine and galactomannan of vegetable origin. These ingredients minimise the action of free radicals and the presence of oxidative damage. They reduce the healing time and maintain the required degree of moisture.
The presence of turmeric helps to increase the action of the enzyme SOD (superoxide dismutase). In this way, it increases the antioxidant defence of cells that are exposed to oxygen when wounds are open.
It helps protect wounds, promotes healing and moisturises the affected area. It can be used on the skin of pets with dermatitis, small ulcers or eczema. It has a preventive function on irritated or dry skin. Recommended for the healing of post-operative wounds and treatment of sores.
