Directions for use

For adults only, apply by light circular massage from the bottom to the top of the leg, twice a day for optimal action, this non-greasy gel can be applied on tights and compression stockings, keep the product in the refrigerator to reinforce the cold effect during application.

 

Health education recommendations or situations to avoid: sitting or standing for too long, stamping your feet without moving, wearing excessively tight clothing (tight trousers, boots), wearing shoes with very high or very low heels, exposing your legs to the sun or other sources of heat, gaining excessive weight and consuming foods that contribute to congestion of the veins; alcohol, spices, coffee, tea or tobacco.

 

Recommendations: elevate the legs whenever possible (especially in bed at night), take regular physical exercise (brisk walking, swimming, gymnastics, cycling), stimulate the legs with a cold shower, massage them and wear support stockings or socks.
