Uriage nourishing and protective balm with immediate action is for very dry and itchy skin. Its triple effect on the skin helps to eliminate dryness. It has been enriched with oils for nourishment and long-lasting relief.
Uriage balm provides comfort, nourishment and hydration to baby's skin. It instantly relieves itching caused by dryness and helps to form a protective anti-fat layer.
Some children are particularly prone to atopic dermatitis, an inflammation that occurs in the form of outbreaks and is characterised by intense itching. This type of skin manifests itself as a reaction to the different situations to which the baby is exposed. The itching is very annoying and is one of the most common reasons to consult a specialist. Scratching provides temporary relief, but causes damage and can sometimes lead to further itching or infection, resulting in thick, flaky skin.
This oil-soothing balm is used as a moisturiser for all skin types, even very dry or irritated skin with an atopic tendency. Uriage intensely nourishes while leaving a protective, but not greasy, film on baby's skin thanks to Illipé oil and shea butter.
Its effects can be prolonged for up to 48 hours thanks to the triple barrier action of Uriage thermal spring water and its two ingredients, Cérasterol 2F and TLR2-Regul, which prevent baby from scratching. At the same time, they will feel comfortable and moisturised thanks to Cronoxin, which reduces itching caused by dryness.
Its oil balm texture is suitable for massaging baby. In addition, it does not stick and penetrates quickly without staining clothes. It does not contain fragrances and is highly tolerated.
It is suitable for babies with very dry skin and atopic tendencies.
It is recommended to apply once or twice a day on clean, dry skin with a gentle massage until completely absorbed.
