Uresim Dry and Chapped Skin Hand Cream in 50 ml presentation is a cream exclusively for dry, rough and chapped skin on the hands. It has a highly moisturising and recovering formula that is very easily absorbed. It is a cream that has a restorative effect on the surface of the skin affected by the action of external agents, aged, tight or hyperkeratotic hands.

The formula has been enriched with urea, which is a substance present in the natural moisturising factor; its moisturising activity penetrates the stratum corneum, breaking the inter and intramolecular bonds and exposing the proteins to the interaction of water. It is especially suitable for chronic skin dryness.

It also contains shea butter, which is a fatty component of the shea nut that has emollient and softening qualities that provide a high degree of hydration by occlusion of the pores of the epidermis. It also provides a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids, regulates the physiological desquamation of the stratum corneum and restores the hydrolipidic emulsion of the epidermis.

It also contains glycerin, a moisturising agent that has a softening action and forms a protective film from the inner layers of the skin to the stratum corneum.
