It is made of hydrophilic cotton wool uniformly moistened with a cream containing high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and carnosine. This product is suitable for burns, cuts, abrasions, bedsores and diabetic ulcers. It is completely sterile and painless to remove, as it has no adhesives.

It aids in the healing and scarring process in a natural way. It also regulates and protects the microenvironment of the wound, thus acting as a barrier against external agents. In this way, it helps to minimise the risk of infection.
