Adults and adolescents can take 1 tablet of Teva Paracetamol every 4-6 hours, not exceeding a daily dose of 3g of active substance. In the case of children, a minimum age of 6 years and a minimum weight of 21kg must be met for taking Paracetamol Teva: 21-32kg weight, maximum 2 tablets of Paracetamol Teva per day (every 12 hours); 33-40kg weight, maximum 3 tablets of Paracetamol Teva per day (every 8 hours); 41-50kg weight, up to 4 tablets per day (every 6 hours) may be taken.
Paracetamol Teva should not be taken if you are allergic or hypersensitive to the active substance or any of the ingredients. Pay attention if you take it in parallel with an NSAID, as you should space it out and alternate with it every 4 hours.
Like all medicines, Paracetamol Teva may cause side effects: hypotension, increased blood transaminases, cloudy urine, kidney problems, hypoglycaemia or liver damage.
