Remove the syringe from its sterile container.
Check that the syringe is intact and undamaged.
Fill the cylinder with the medication according to the prescribed dose.
Attach the needle or infusion tubing to the central luer cone of the syringe.
Administer the medication safely and accurately according to medical indications.
