How does the SureFeed Connect Feeder work?

The feeder identifies your pet via its microchip (compatible with 9-, 10- and 15-digit microchips) or via the RFID tag included in the pack if your pet is not microchipped. When an authorised pet approaches, the lid slides open to give them access to their food; when they move away, the lid closes airtight again.

Thanks to its built-in scales, accurate to 1 gram, you can serve precise portions and track how much your pet eats at each feeding, how often they approach the feeder and how much food is left uneaten. It is compatible with both dry and wet food, and its bowl is suitable for any type of diet.

The Sure Petcare Connect Hub: the brain of the system

The Hub is the essential accessory that unlocks all the smart features of the feeder. It connects to your home router via an Ethernet cable and links the feeder to the free Sure Petcare app (available for iOS and Android), sending all the information to your mobile in real time. A single Hub can manage up to 10 Sure Petcare Connect devices, so you can expand the system with more of the brand’s connected feeders, water bowls or cat flaps.
