Thanks to the Hub you can link any Sure Petcare Connect product (both Connect feeders and Connect pet doors) to the Sure Petcare mobile app. This way you will know everything about your pet: their food and quantity, the time of day they eat or when they go in and out of the house.

When you use a Sure Petcare Connect product for your pet, the Hub will receive all the information about your pet and send it to your mobile phone via the Sure Petcare app. To do this, the Sure Petcare Connect product needs to be connected to your WiFi network using an ethernet cable.

- The hub is essential to control any Sure Petcare Connect product from your mobile phone and receive notifications from anywhere in the world.

- Link your Sure Petcare Connect products to the Sure Petcare app to maximise all the features and benefits of our products.

- Access to mains power and WiFi using an ethernet cable (1.5m cable and power supply included) is essential.

- The power supply ( adjustable "ears") flashes every time you receive a notification.

-Allows up to 10 Sure Petcare Connect products to be added to a household. Works with Sure Petcare Connect products only (not compatible with standard SureFlap products).
