Brewer's yeast 320 mg, wheat germ 153 mg, bamboo fibre 22 mg, D-alpha-tocopherol acetate (vitamin E) 1.2 mg. Sweetener: isomalt (E-953), anti-caking agents: silica (E-551) and magnesium stearate (E-470b).
The instructions for use of this product are to take 2 tablets a day, preferably with meals. It is recommended to follow this regimen for at least 3 months for best results.
