Olivo Bolsa by Soria Natural is a simple and basic system to achieve the balance of organic functions. It can be used in infusion, decoction or maceration in water, following the most primitive but no less important method. These plants come mainly from Soria Natural's own cultivations or from collection in clean and uncontaminated places. It has hypotensive, peripheral vasodilator, laxative, diuretic and lipid-lowering properties. It is recommended to use 1 teaspoon of plant per cup in case of infusion. Add boiling water, allow to steep for 5 to 10 minutes and filter. For decoction (root, stems), add the plant to boiling water, boil for 2 to 5 minutes, leave to stand for 5 to 10 minutes and filter, at the rate of 1 teaspoon per cup.
