To prepare an infusion, it is recommended to add 1 teaspoon of the plant per cup, pour boiling water, leave to steep for 5-10 minutes and filter. For a decoction (root, stems), boil the plant in water for 2-5 minutes, steep for 5-10 minutes and filter, using the same ratio of 1 teaspoon per cup. It is important to store in a cool, dry place.
