To prepare an infusion, it is recommended to add 1 teaspoon of the plant per cup, pour boiling water, leave to steep for 5-10 minutes and filter. For decoction (root, stems), pour the plant into boiling water, boil for 2-5 minutes, steep for 5-10 minutes and filter, using the ratio of 1 teaspoon per cup. Store in a cool, dry place.
