They have aperitif, digestive, carminative, galactogenic, spasmolytic and mild sedative properties. It is recommended to use 1 teaspoon of plant per cup in case of infusion. Add boiling water, leave to steep for 5 to 10 minutes and filter. For decoction (root, stems), add the plant to boiling water, boil for 2 to 5 minutes, leave to stand for 5 to 10 minutes and filter, at the rate of 1 teaspoon per cup.
