The recommended effective daily intake of Sedaner is one (1) capsule every 12 hours, accompanied by a glass of water. Preferably take it one hour before going to bed to facilitate sleep induction.
Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose of Sedaner. Not recommended for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Not to be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or as a replacement for a healthy lifestyle.
Stabiliser: microcrystalline cellulose, dry extract of valerian (Valeriana officinalis L, root) (140 mg), freeze-dried extract of passion flower (Passiflora incarnata L, aerial p.) (75 mg), dry extract of hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha Auct., aerial p.) (60 mg), alpha-cyclodextrin (24 mg), coating agent: neutral methacrylate copolymer, lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia Miller, flower) (1, 05 mg); capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
The Effective Daily Allowance (E.D.A.) determines the average amount of active ingredients per recommended daily intake.
