Soria Natural Acigras Super Omega 3-6-7-9 Oil 250Ml Bio Vegan

Superomega Acigras Oil by Soria Natural is a blend of organic vegetable oils that contains the right proportion of total fatty acids and omega fatty acids, such as omega 3, omega 6, omega 7 and omega 9. This product provides a balance of monounsaturated, polyunsaturated and saturated fatty acids, complying with the nutritional recommendations established by the Spanish Society of Community Nutrition, the FAO and the WHO. It also has a high content of omega-3 fatty acids, specifically alpha-linolenic acid (Ω3), which contributes to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. It is recommended to consume 2 g of this fatty acid per day, which is equivalent to approximately 3 tablespoons of ACIGRAS (25 mL). It should be noted that this product has been recognised by the Spanish Heart Foundation for its healthy characteristics. To keep it properly, it is recommended to store it in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Once opened, it is preferable to store it in the refrigerator. If the oil crystallises, it can be slightly heated (between 30-40°C) and shaken.
