Solgar's Ester-C Immune Complex food supplement is an ideal choice for supplying the body with essential nutrients that will work together to boost the body's defences. Its main component is vitamin C in a patented format called Ester-C®, which is non-acidic and gentle on the stomach. It also stays in the body longer and performs its functions at full capacity compared to traditional ascorbic acid.

The formulation contains several vitamins, including A, B6, B12 and D3. Each has an effect that will help to maintain and strengthen the immune system. Some of them, such as vitamin C, focus on serving as antioxidants, which help prevent oxidative damage to the body's cells.

Immune Complex also contains zinc, an essential trace element for the immune system, as it helps to build several of the body's defences, such as lymphocytes, antibodies and other cells. Zinc also helps stabilise cell membranes to prevent them from being infected or attacked by pathogens.
