Solgar Activated Charcoal 300mg, 100 Capsules

Activated carbon is obtained from charcoal. Through a specific heating process, charcoal becomes more porous and increases its ability to adsorb and retain particles on its surface.
Activated charcoal can help the intestine to perform its functions properly. After ingestion, activated charcoal adsorbs and retains substances on its surface, while circulating through the gastrointestinal tract without being absorbed by the body. In this way, the activated charcoal and the particles it retains are eliminated in the faeces.
Solgar® Activated Charcoal provides 300 mg of vegetable-derived activated charcoal per capsule.

Directions for use

For adults, take two (2) capsules daily, preferably with meals. Swallow the capsules with water. Do not exceed the daily dose expressly recommended for this product.
