Bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate, vegetable cellulose capsule, bulking agent: cellulose, glycerol monoesterate; rice bran extract, anti-caking agent: silica dioxide; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) (from lanolin), vitamin K2 (MK-7 (Bacillus licheniformis).
Per capsule:
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)(4000 IU) 100 mcg
Vitamin K2 (MK-7) 50 mcg
Directions for use
Take 1 capsule a day with food or a glass of water.
