Apply your sunscreen 30 minutes before going to the pool or beach, as the filters usually take between 20 and 30 minutes to act. Apply 8 to 10 sprays to each area of your body. Make sure you apply the sunscreen all over your body and face. Do not forget the ears, back of the neck, back of the hands, groin, inside of the knees and feet. Reapply in case of prolonged exposure, heavy sweating or after getting wet or dry.
