Take the sample using the same swab in both nostrils. Insert the swab into the tube and mix it with the extraction fluid. Place the test cassette on a flat surface and add two drops to the well. Read the result after 10 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 30 minutes. Reading the result and precautions The control line (C) must appear for the test to be valid. A C line without a T line indicates a negative result; the presence of both C and T indicates a positive result. If the C line is missing, repeat the test using another kit.
