INFO AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Developed to contribute to the well-being of women in menopause (or in transition to menopause), the MENOPRO® formula includes a novel combination of ingredients that act synergistically to reduce the intensity of the main climacteric symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, mood swings and difficulties in falling and staying asleep. The standardised pollen extract standardised to the European Union's European Medicines Agency (EMA) has been shown to reduce the intensity of the main climacteric symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, mood swings and difficulties in falling asleep and staying asleep.Standardised pollen extract has been shown to reduce the intensity of symptoms linked to hormonal decline, with success rates of over 60% for night sweats and 55% for hot flushes and sleep disturbances. This non-oestrogenic effect (i.e. MENOPRO® does not present the potential oncological risks associated with the use of certain oestrogen-based drugs) is reinforced by the extract of Cimicífuga racemosa extract, which, like the pollen extract, helps to increase serotonin levels - which are reduced by the drop in oestrogen - and modulates the thermoregulatory centre of the hypothalamus, responsible for controlling body temperature. The standardised pollen extract used in MENOPRO® is exin-free, i.e. the grain coat responsible for its allergenic potential has been removed. In addition, MENOPRO® contains melatonin and Griffonia simplicifolia seeds, substances that facilitate sleep and help maintain rest, while helping to stabilise mood and moderate sudden mood swings.
The effects of standardised pollen extract also include its ability to stimulate libido or sexual desire in the medium term, which tends to decline as the female body's hormone levels change during the menopause and the transition to menopause.

Vitamin D3, at concentrations of more than 600 IU per day, and associated with vitamin K2 (for optimum absorption) has a positive influence on mood and, in addition - together with a correct diet and moderate exercise appropriate to the physical conditions of each woman - contributes to the maintenance of bone health.
