BENEFITS: By combining Maltodextrin and Fructose (Ratio 1:0.8), NAHCO3 provides a lot of energy that is easily assimilated. As they are absorbed into the body by different transporters, you can consume more carbohydrates and thus increase your energy levels and improve performance.
In addition, sodium bicarbonate helps to reduce the pH acidification that occurs during high intensity exercise.
Its 1kg Doypack format allows you to transport it easily.
RECOMMENDED FOR: High intensity athletes.
HOW TO USE: Divide the daily intake of 60g of NAHCO into 3 intakes of 20g to improve its assimilation.
You can also customise your intake by taking 1g of NAHCO per kg of bodyweight in 3 servings throughout the day. For example, if you weigh 70kg, divide it into 3 intakes of 23g.
