Scalibor anti-parasitic collar for dogs
The Scalibor collar is the first anti-parasitic collar for dogs on the market that protects against phlebotomine sandflies, ticks and fleas for up to 12 months (12 months against sandflies, 6 months against ticks and up to 4 months against fleas).
Its special composition has a repellent effect against sandflies (transmitting agent of Leishmaniasis) and culicidae of the Culex pipiens complex (transmitting agent of canine dirofilariasis or "heartworms").
This anti-parasitic collar for dogs releases its active ingredient, deltamethrin, from the moment it is placed on your dog, being fully effective one week after putting it on. The way deltamethrin is applied through the Scalibor collar is based on the direct release on the dog's skin, so its safety is very high.
The Scalibor collar is completely waterproof, so it does not lose its effectiveness if it gets wet on rainy days. Moreover, with this collar there is no evaporation, as it happens with the rest of the collars, so it is even more effective. As it does not evaporate, this product does not produce odours, so neither you nor your dog will notice that he is wearing it.

USE AND SPECIFICATIONS: Scalibor deworming collar is suitable for any dog from seven weeks of age and especially for medium and large dogs as deltramethrin is a very effective product for large breeds of dogs.

The duration of the collar is up to 12 months for all parasites in coverage, except fleas in which it has a duration of up to 4 months.
Instructions for use:
Clean with a paper towel the external dust of the Scalibor collar.
Place it on your dog, leaving two fingers between the collar and the collar.
Finally, clean the collar with a damp cloth once a month.
Recommendations for use and precautions: It is recommended to remove it when giving your dog a bath for greater effectiveness and duration. In particularly parasitic areas, it is recommended to change the collar more frequently. In some cases itching and reddening of the dog's skin may occur. In this case, remove the collar, wash the area and consult your regular veterinarian. Do not use the collar on animals with extensive skin lesions.
Do not use on animals under 7 weeks of age. For some small dogs it can be toxic.
The collar starts to be effective one week after fitting. It takes 1-2 weeks to reach maximum skin concentrations. Wash hands with soap and cold water after handling the collar. Keep out of reach of children. Do not allow children to play with or suck on the collar. Keep away from beverages, food and animal feed. Keep package tightly closed until ready for use. Deltamethrin is toxic to fish and bees. After use, do not dispose of in the environment or water. Store at room temperature.
Compatible products: You can enhance the effect of the Scalibor collar with the use of other antiparasitic pipettes for dogs such as Frontline Combo Spot On Dogs or Advantix.
