It is a harmless product with no contraindications at the recommended doses.
Instructions for use (1 bottle a day for children, 2 bottles for adults):
1.- Screw the cap on so that the powder falls out.
2.- Stir vigorously so that the powder dissolves.
3.- Open the bottle.
4.- Administer the contents of the bottle with a spoon or in the bottle.
5.- Consume one hour before or one hour after meals.
6.- Once prepared, consume immediately.
