The main ingredient of mountain mint candies is mentha (mentha suaveolens) grown in the Swiss mountains. Its typical intense flavour is the source of the mild and long-lasting freshness it provides. The formula incorporates the original combination of 13 Swiss herbal extracts from the original Ricola candies. This traditional recipe includes: horehound, pimpernel, veronica, marshmallow, dandelion, elderflower, mallow, peppermint, sage, yarrow, primrose, plantain and thyme.
The mountain mint candies inherit the multiple properties of the mixture of herbs that compose it. The pleasantly refreshing minty sweets have a soothing effect on the throat and respiratory tract.
