2. Shake the bottle before use.
3. Remove protective cap.
4. Before using for the first time, press the pump a few times until the first spray comes out. Take special care not to spray the product in the eyes or mouth.
5. Hold the bottle upright by resting the base of the bottle on your thumb and wrapping 2 fingers around the nasal applicator.
6. Tilt your head slightly forward and insert the nasal applicator into one nostril.
7. Spray the product by gently breathing in through the nose at the same time.
8. Repeat the same operation with the other nostril.
9. Leave the product to act for a few minutes. Do not blow your nose during this time, but clean out any remaining product if necessary.
10. Then blow your nose if necessary.
You can use Rhinomer Intense Eucalyptus up to 6 times a day by spraying 2 to 3 times in each nostril.
