Our All for Fibre is a rich source of soluble fibre. The husk powder swells and multiplies its original volume when moistened. So-called mucilaginous polysaccharides are found in the seed shells and are responsible for the pronounced bulking behaviour and high water binding. These mucilages naturally increase the volume of food intake and are therefore suitable for dogs or cats that are not easily satiated as a saturation supplement. Daily amount: Cats and very small dogs (5 kg): 0.5 grams (tip of a knife) Small dogs (10 kg): 1 gram (1/3 measuring spoon) Medium dogs (25 kg): 1 - 2.5 grams (1/3 - 3/4 measuring spoon) Large dogs (50 kg): 2 - 5 grams (3/4 - 1.5 measuring spoons) Always mix with water before administration and allow to increase in volume for at least 15-20 minutes.
