DM Diabetes Management for the management of diabetes in cats

This is a clinical diet indicated for the management of diabetes mellitus in cats, through enhanced glucose regulation.

This regulation is based on protein as the main substrate to promote hepatic gluconeogenesis.

It helps to reduce insulin levels to be injected into your cat, as it contains high levels of protein, the amino acids of which stimulate insulin release at the pancreatic level.

It is also formulated to prevent the formation of struvite and oxalate stones.

Indications

Diabetes Mellitus, Enteritis and Chronic Diarrhoea.

Contraindications

Renal insufficiency, hepatic encephalopathy and in stages of growth and reproduction.
